اشرف فرحات محمد انا اشتريت نفس الشاشه وصلني السلعه من 3ايام وتم التركيب لاكن للأسف فيها عيب تصنيع تم تركيب الكاميرا لاكنها لا تعمل علي الشاشه معي الرجوع للخلف وتم تركيب كاميرا اخره لاكن يوجد نفس المشكله وقال لي الفتي أن هناك خطاء في الشاشه لا تتعرف علي الكاميرا وقال لي يجب أن تكلم الشركه لكي ترسل لك سوفت وير أو تعريف الشاشه علي الكاميرا من عندهم وبالفعل تم الإبلاغ عن المشكله عن طريق الماسنجر لاكن دون جدوي ولا يوجد في التطبيق ايكونه لأرجاع السلعه والمشكلة انكم تبعون السلعه في الشرق الأوسط ورغم ذالك لا يجد عندكم متحدث لخدمة العملاء باللغه العربيه انا لا انصح اي اح د بالتعامل معي هذا المتجر لأنهم مصابين وسوف اقوم بأتلاف هذا المنتج وإلقائه في سلة القمامه انصح الجميع بعدم التعامل مع هذا المتجر الالكتروني النصاب
